No, AirNZ doesn't offer arrivals facilities at any of the airports it flies to.

True, but on occassion I have been able to use Koru Club on domestic arrival.

No they don't but according to the Koru Club members guide (current @ April 03) for access to Lounge, simply present your Membership Card and flight ticket or boarding pass for same dale on an Air New Zealand Ticketed and Operated Flight at the Lounge Reception.
So, im thinking as it doesn't say it has to be from the airport the lounge is located at, maybe you can use them as Arrivals
