Air New Zealand Air Points - Good travel Agent in Sydney????

Do any of you NZ FTers know of a decent TA in Sydney???. I have used Bestflights in Perth and they are terrible. travel.com.au is not that good either. Flight Centres staff don't know what they are talking about.

I am sick of dealing with hopeless TA where I know more than they do!

Like you I had great difficulty finding a travel agent in SYD who was much cop. I have however found one in Perth (I just transfer some money to him and he just sends the tickets through the post). It's no good if you have a last min booking - but good for everything else. He knows all the tricks to unlock availability (he has hot me on my preferred flights in H class when the system was showing H M B and Y0 (without waitlisting). I used to have good contact at both travel.com.au and travel.co.nz, but with the change of ownership last year they are gone http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/frown.gif and also their website has gone downhill too http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/frown.gif
