When is NZ going to provide some online services for its valuable Airpoints members - I understand NZ members can book online?

Us poor Australian members can do nothing, not even check activity - little lone booking or availability?

Any plans airnzboy to update the site?

Its fairly basic for NZ members too http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/frown.gif Just check account balance and make paid/award bookings.

I for one would welcome history to help keep track of status, progress to requal, make sure points post correctly (without waiting an age for the statement).

Good question! Right now the online services for AirPoints are a disgrace - makes tracking what has and has not credited so much more difficult. I'd cheerfully go without paper statements if there was decent info available online, and I'm sure many others would too (which would surely save AirPoints plenty).

If I could just add one thing to the AirNZ website it would be a facility to receive a statement by email at any time. Statements always seem to arrive at random times that have nothing to do with my flights, and it's a hassle trying to keep track of what flights I took way back when and f all the points posted. I'd love to just be able to request an email statement when I get back and check everything's there.

Online booking, at least from the UK, is ok, but the seatmaps for the 763's are a mess, and I too often get "unable to complete the booking" when trying to book complex itins with stopovers (so I go through a TA for those). It would also be nice to be able to specify the fare bucket (eg H/M/B/Y, or at least "Premium Economy") that I'm looking for. Otherwise fine though, and the tickets usually turn up pretty quickly.

Cheers, Zac
