I decided to start this thread after reading some misinformation in another thread, I realise the author did not mean any harm.
We recently flew YVR-LAZ-AKL return in J. The NZ crews were fabulous. The very nice FA greeted us by name, showed us to the bulkhead, explained that he had made up the bassinet, gave us a baby convenience pack and did everything he could to make the flight comfortable. Baby slept most of the way, made no noise, mind you, I am biased and think I have the perfect child http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/wink.gif
All in all, we were very well looked after and will be back in a few months.
