Hi!
My problem is, that I love flying Air New Zealand to New Zealand and that I am a United Mileage Plus member (aquiring miles mostly on other STAR airlines).
So I would REALLY like to use Mileage Plus miles for an NZ upgrade. Is there any chance that such upgrades are possible? Didn't STAR want to introduce STAR upgrades some time ago?

p.s.: becoming an air points member isn't an option too, because it's only open to Kiwis. :-(((
