Air New Zealand Air Points - Booking Class

Does anyone know the order of booking class codes? They always confuse me. In economy how do you arrange M,V,Q ?

NZGuy, I'm far from an expert, but as far as I know the booking classes (from most expensive/flexible to least expensive/flexible) are:
First Class: F,A Business Class: C,D Economy Class: Y,B,M,H,Q,V,T

Can anyone else confirm/correct this?

internationally..
Y/B - full fare, instant purchase
M - 7 day apex fare
H - 10 day
Q - 14 day
W - sale fare

domestically..
Y/B/M - full fare, instant purchase
H - nonref instant purchase
Q - 7 day apex (also used for student, wholesaler, etc)
V - 10 day
W - 14 day
T - 21 day/internet fare.
