We NZ website lays it out pretty well at www.airnz.co.nz (http://www.airnz.co.nz)
But basically
- Star Gold and all the privilages of that (lounge access, baggage, priority boarding etc etc).
- 2 free international upgrades confirmed at 48 hours for any single NZ flight number on NZ metal (except some codeshares with SQ - not sure if that is still the case?).
- 1 domestic upgrade coupon valid for any single flight number by NZ National, i.e. CHC/WLG/AKL and CHC/AKL sectors.
- new phone number to ring for enquiries to jump the queue.
- sometimes recognition by IFSD and free newspaper etc etc.
- higher up in the queue for operational upgrades but you really need to be NZ*E for these with any regularity.
That is about it.....
