While trying to join Air POints online I am able to get a user ID and password but I am not able to get a PAC or a Air POints ID number so that I can transfer starpoints to the account. Any ideas??

You just need to call Air NZ Reservations on the 1800 number and ask to be transferred to Air Points. They'll sort it out for you!

And if he calls from "Agoura Hills, CA USA" they'll likely sort it out by telling him he can't join Air Points.
