Air New Zealand Air Points - Upgraded Service and furnishings ??

I was lead to believe that one of the 747s was being or had been upgraded inside with a new F and J configuration. Is there anything to this us it it just idle speculation

Yes one of the 747s (airnzboy knows which one) has updated J configuration with larger PTV screens (similar to the 737-300s) and in F there is simple version of a bed. i.e. better than what NZ currently has but it is not QF or SQ.

The plan once upon a time was to use a SQ style configuration, but NZ and SQ are not all that happy with each other at the moment! http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/frown.gif
