Air New Zealand Air Points - Class for award miles????

Hi,

I'm considering taking up the 55,555 star alliance promotion.

I'm keen to know whether Air NZ have restrictions on certain classes on partner airlines (I know qantas do).

I am planning to fly on the following partners, in the following classes:

* Lauda / Austrian - Class "V"
* Thai - Class "M"
* Lufthansa - Class "H"
* SAS - Class "M"

Do you earn miles and qualify for the 55,555 promotion on these airliens flyertalkers?

Qantas Platinum, OneWorld Emerald, Star Gold, HHonors Gold, Starwood Gold.

I think it would be better to get 55555 UA miles than 55555 Air NZ points as the UA 55555 take U further and i think the LH would take U even further!!!!
they need to work out the points better.
