And you do not receive 500 miles merely for providing an e-mail address. In order to receive the bonus you must agree to receive your statements by e-mail.

They seemed to have signed me up byu deafult (it just appeared in my statement, and on my birthday, no less). I switched back to statement by mail. Le'ts see if they take the 500 miles away now.
