MilesBuzz! - Europe Mercedes car rental under $15 a day

A new car rental outfit has brand new Mercedes sub-compacts in London (other locations soon) for £9 a day, CDW included. Check out easyRentacar (http://www.easyrentacar.com). For that money you can forget any air miles, but they could come in handy if you are visiting Europe on a freebie. Also their sister company has various cheap fights throughout Europe at easyJet (http://www.easyjet.com)

I'm sure this information is correct, but I want to warn Americans that the Mercedes A-class is quite a tiny car -- unlike any Mercedes seen on U.S. streets. I rented one in Germany last month. It was OK, but really tiny and not particularly luxurious.

I'm not complaining about the deal; I just want readers to have a sense of what they would be renting.

They are launching operations with offices in Central London, barcelona and Glasgow, all with Mercedes benz A Class cars... at yet £ 9 per day. This does not include a £5 cleaning fee at the start of each rental.

They are reputable, relaible, and offer a good no frills service.
