MilesBuzz! - New 500 greenpnts survey
Went to greenpoints today to see if I can get points by referring (looks like no), clicked on "earning points" - there's a new 500 points survey there.
Considering American is pulling out of deals due to AOL, probably worth ordering certificates while they're there...

I see the link simply by clicking "earn points" off the main page, without even logging in.

Thats not such a "new" survey.. It say Ive taken it.. Everyone keep an eye out for any really new "survey wise.. Thanks Sasha anyway!

well here's the deal... the recent thread http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/Forum1/HTML/002370.html mentioned a 500-pt survey, I took it, got the points... Today I saw this, different survey; it allowed me to take it again (once), and get another 500 points - that's why I posted. It replaced the previous survey, btw.

Thanks Sasha. Your link above worked for me for 500 points. I hadn't done anything with the account in about 10 days so if you haven't been there in a week give this one a try.

Worked for me too. I'm only 1,000 points away from another 500-mile Delta certificate.
BTW, I redeemed my first order for four 500-mile certificates on 2/28 and I received them on 3/11. Great turnaround.

I found out that my AAdvantage ones are on "backorder".
Anyone else experiencing that with American certificates?

Yes, mine are on backorder as well. My one order was placed two weeks ago, the second order one week ago. Someone her sent them an inquiry as to when they are supposed to be back in stock, but I haven't heard yet whether he got a reply. I think I'm going to send them a note myself to check on it.

My order status for the AA certs has shown "In Progress" since the day it was placed, the 13th." I emailed customer service when I saw someone here mention the backorder. Here it is.
When an order status says "In progress" this means that we are processing

It came back that I already took the survey and I never got points for it! I've e-mailed greenpoints several times without an answer. Has anyone else had this problem. ? And I'm waiting for my first AA cert as well. No other points have posted from purchases at sparks, even though some of the clickrewards have posted. It's a shame they are so slow. Otherwise the offers are really good - especially the one at sparks.

Had the same problem with survey points not posting. No answer to email. Emailed them again a week later, they finally answered and posted the points. No AA certificate yet either. Also missing 750 points from a purchase and no reply to my email. Looks like we have another mypints here. I am cutting my losses (and headaches) early and sticking with ClickRewards and Ebates.

I got essentially the same response from customer service as Tolarian Wind re: the AA certificates. I got a very quick response.
I, too, am having a problem with the points from a Sparks.com order not posting. I see from another thread that others are as well. I'm going to try following up on that with the same person who responded to my AA cert question and see if I can get resolution there.
