Remember the airlines had promised to develop & implement customer-friendly policies & procedures called "Customer Care," "Customers First," etc. They would provide consumers with more and better info regarding each aspect of our travel experiences. Specific info the airlines have recently begun sharing with us about their frequent flyer programs may leave a bit to be desired as I'd previously noted in the NWA threads.
