Phones Programs/Partners - worldperk miles NOT being posted

Anyone know a number i can call to get action? gave me 10,000 out of 20 and said that program is over

Sue them. I did, in small claims court. They settled and sent me a check.

The Sprint customer service number for Worldperks members is 800-795-1167.

My last NW miles posting was back in July and no miles since. Looks like I may have to call Sprint.

Is anybody having similar problem?

I was having the same problem with miles not posting. I just got off the phone with Sprint and they said that the miles (10,000) were credited on August 21. The rep said to call back if the miles did not post to call back in a week to ten days.

We will see what happens.

NWA miles show up on the web site a couple of weeks after they are "posted" (whatever that means). I've been checking my 5,000/10,000 mile bonuses, and they usually show up on the web site on the 27th of the month, with a notation that they were "posted" on the 13th. I'm expecting the next 10,000 mile bonus next month, so we'll see what happens on September 27.

But the routine 20-200 mile monthly postings that I've been getting on my Sprint bill did not show up at all in August. When Sprint broke off from Northwest, I remember getting a letter assuring me that they would still honor their 40K offer. But apparently this guarantee did not extend to the 5/7 points-per-dollar deal.

I guess my strategy is to hold on to Sprint until January to get that last 10,000 bonus, and then switch to another carrier after that, when I will no longer be earning miles of any kind from Sprint.

may I ask the amount of miles and the settlement amount?

I just called. Told my 10,000 bonus posted 9/11 (not showing up yet), and the last 10,000 will post in 6 more months.

If I see a good promo before then I'll switch, otherwise, I'll guess I'll hang around...

No miles here since July 13.

How did you determine the amount claimed, and how did you support it? Just really curious.

I have the opposite problem. I am halfway thru the 40,000 miles promotion and the miles are being credited, most recently with one of the 10,000 bonuses in early September. Today I received a form letter from Sprint saying my miles are in a "holding pattern" because they don't have my WorldPerks number! There was a form to fill in my number at the bottom of the letter and a postage paid envelope to return it in- so they can post the miles they are "holding" for me, even though they have been posting them every month.
By the way, there were 8 blanks to fill in for the WorldPerks number and my account number has 9 digits.

I haven't seen any miles post since Aug 14th.. I was supposed to receive the 3rd 10k on Sep 14th, and a 1k mileage bond bonus on Aug 29th, but haven't seen either.

NOTE: Called today, they said the third 10k miles were sent on 10/2. Hasn't posted to my NW account yet.
