I've had these guys for years. They're 100% reliable & no busy signals. They lease their lines thru Qwest Communications.

Company: www.avcinc.com (http://www.avcinc.com)
New Rate Chart (effective 6/1/01): www.avcinc.com/qrates.html (http://www.avcinc.com/qrates.html)

State-to state: .038-.046 cents/minute! [depends which state u live in]

Int'l & In-state are rock bottom low--best in the industry (aside from Onesuite's calling card)

I purchased $10 worth of time from Onesuite.com - no problems after a dozen calls from various cities. No local acess number - just an 800# at 2.9 cents/min

Net2Phone is 3.9 cents/minute using a local access# or 3.9 cents/minute using 800#

Sam's club is 4.2 cents/minute using 800#

No 'bong' charge or one time charge before the call starts like most 'prepaid' cards charge. Surcharges apply at payphones of course.

No one should be using 1 800 COLLECT (MCI) or a 800 CALLATT ever again which charges at least ten times these rates.

Whoops

Net2Phone is 3.9 cents with local access number and 6.9 (not 3.9)cents with 800#.
