I was wondering if anyone has a contact for MCI customer service or higher up because I signed up under the 8 Rapid Reward credit promo (1 at sign up, 7 more during the following months) and now they tell me that SW will not deposit the credits. I did sign up 2 separate phone lines in 2 unique locations under this promo and they say that even though the phone lines are miles apart, I cannot get the credits. Only 1 promo per Southwest account.
I feel betrayed because each time I inquired about the status of the credits they assured me they were coming. I had the assurance of supervisors, so I kept giving them business assuming they would come through. Now they say they won't. Any ideas what to do next?
