Phones Programs/Partners - Time to post?

I've got two lines, and I switched both to MCI for the 10,000 mile promo for BA.

1. How long do they usually take to post (I'm supposed to get 1000 mi/mo). Is 30 days a reasonable waiting period?

2. Others seem to feel that, if you don't keep after MCI, they never post the miles. Is this true?

The lasttime I switched, they dumped miles in my USAir account, but that was several years ago. IIR, there was no problem.

When I was with them 2 years ago, before Neighborhood Plan, it was about two weeks after the month for the bonus post. The monthly posts happened on time each month first of the month.
