Hello!
Yesterday my spouse and I both received $75 checks for "MCI Non-Subscriber Telephone Rates Litigation." By cashing the checks, we forfeit the right to sue MCI over "imposition of Non-Subscriber Rates And Surcharges for Direct-Dialed domestic and/or international long distance calls during the Class Period." The class period ran from Feb. 5, 1996 to Oct. 15, 2000.
We do not know what this means, but we have been MCI customers and have two phone lines so assume that is why we got two checks. Should we cash these checks?
