Just switched from MCI back to Sprint - for the miles, of course. Received one call from an MCI rep at approx. 6:30 pm - told her I had switched and did not want to switch back and no more phone calls, please. Rec'd a phone call at approx. 8:30 pm - the same night - from another MCI rep - was too angry to get his name, speak to the supervisor, etc... - but if there is an MCI lurker - talk to your people!!! This is NOT the way you want the world to see your sales reps!

I also had a call a few weeks ago from an MCI rep. He was the so rude and pushy!!!! He called back 2 or 3 times in the next few days, just couldn't understand NO I guess!!! Finally talked to his supervisor, but I'm not sure if it did any good.

MCI keeps calling me asking me to come back too. The funny thing is that I already did & they don't even know it. When I tell them that I have already switched back they tell me that I am not with MCI. So why do they still bill me for my long distance calls?
