Which FF program were you promised your miles to (AA, DL?) ? What was the credit modus, 10K up front, spread over xx months?

I know I am senile and not very computer literate, but both I and my son tried to install from the disc they sent and to download from the website and it did not work. Is that because I have OPtimum online? Any help or advice?

I was sent 2 discs and one of them had glue on it. You can download the program dirctly from att.worldnet or use the disk..be sure your FF is entered..good luck!

I have Optonline and was not able to get it to work on my home system running XP Pro. It did work on my office system runnning Win 2000 Pro with Optonline. My 10,000 miles posted in less than 60 days, but because I also am senile, I forgot to cancel and paid for three months!
