Club Carlson - How long to transfer to FF?

Just called GoldPoints and they tell me it's 4-6wks for a transfer to BA, AC, and the other airline partners.

Is this accurate? If it is, okay, but BA's plan is being gutted on July 1 so I'm not interested in transferring there if it takes more than 2wks (at the outside). Just wanted to check the actual experience.

I've experienced times from one week to never (well, after six months I called and after seven months I called again-- points credited after seven months & two weeks).

I also just called and was told 4-6 weeks but I was told that be4 and it took between 4 days and 2 weeks.

So far I have been waiting about four weeks for the transfer however the points from GP were deducted from my account overnight.

Transferred to NW WP (3 weeks ago)... Miles posted within 1 week (thank god!)...

Here's my experience:
-transfer requested May 29/03
-points removed from GP account May 29/03
-points arrived in airline account June 7/03
