yes they do sell duty free on this leg. I don't think they have a cart per se (was on upper deck) but I believe CX has a dedicated crew repsonsible for sales; on my flight the FA was extremely nice and helpful explaining all the product detail and chatted for a while (i was lamenting there weren't any large plastic airplane models on sale anymore).

actually- now that i think of it, i was on the yvr-jfk leg...

No. The cart can't go upstairs. Or in First Class. But if you're on the main deck it'll come by.

Yes...

Just fill in the request form located in the first page of the duty free catalog and hand it to any F/A...

The cart will not appear in F and J... as they take orders individually, but in Y, they still roll the cart.
