Cathay Pacific Asia Miles - plane plans

CX still looking for 14 used 747-400s. The original deal with BA seems to have fallen through. Where do they plan to fly these things?

I thought they were going to convert 6 or 7 of these into 747-400SF. Or are those a seperate deal that's been finalized?
