three months ago I made a reservation for a companion award for a light TPE-HKG-FRA rtn. mid-december. yesterday an overly excited CX agent called me, giddily reporting that the TPE-HKG segment had cleared, and to confirm my mailing address. (no availability on HKG-FRA still)
methinks there is something seriously wrong with CX's IT system or their employees' approach to it. personal call is a nice touch, but ...

If this was CO, this would be completely understandable. Wouldn't you too be overjoyed at knowing that you (or a colleague of yours) will get to ride the big chair on the long-haul as opposed to a customer?
