Cathay Pacific Asia Miles - HKG-PEK Pricing

It’s appears that the only economy fares CX has loaded are full Y. I am getting 638.50 USD for an RT. Any guess as to when and if any lower fare will be loaded. It also looks like Dragon has the same price.
