Cathay Pacific Asia Miles - Earning Asia Miles on DragonAir Code-share flights

I will be flying from HKG to China and booked on DragonAir Code share flight with China Southern Airlines. As China Southern Airlines is not member of Asia Miles, would I be able to earn Asia Miles even though it is a code-share flight with DragonAir?

http://www.dragonair.com/icms/servlet/template?series=28&lang=eng seems to imply yes, assuming it is the Kuching service and is booked under the KA flight code.

If you have booked under a CS flight code you won't get AsiaMiles even if the flight is operated by Dragonair.
