Cathay Pacific Asia Miles - Truly the best service

a few days ago i sent my elderly grandmother MEL - HK, HK -MNL in CX First. The MEL - HK flight was very late getting in and i was sure she would miss her Manila connection. When she disembarked a team of ground crew greeted her and told her that they have held the flight for her (because it was the last flight of the day) and assured her her baggage was safely loaded. Onboard she recieved superb service from the crew. Sounds like cathay are one of the best airlines serice wise!

I hope when i'm in that age I could still feel same kind of service. i'm very happy for you.

This certainly sounds like good treatment for a FC customer..but I can't help wondering if she would have gotten the same consideration if she had been travelling in economy?

But you really can't compare F with Y, it'll be like comparing apples with oranges!

Caviar and bock choy would be more apt a comparison, no?
