Cathay Pacific Asia Miles - JFK-HKG as 4 flight coupons

Planning JFK-HKG on CX and looking to book this on CXLeverage.com. Cant seem to get it to generate it as 4 flight coupons ( and the resultant extra mileage ) Any ideas as to how to force this ?

I assume if you book a stopover at YVR in both directions you can get four coupons, but otherwise most unlikely. This is read as one flight in each direction, therefore generates one flight coupon unless there is a stopover.
