Saw the following agencies advertise their discount first and busines class fares on Conde Nast Traveler.

www.imperialconsultants.com (http://www.imperialconsultants.com)
www.flightsavers.com (http://www.flightsavers.com)
www.joinustravel.com (http://www.joinustravel.com)
www.biztravelgroup.com (http://www.biztravelgroup.com)

Of course, there's also www.1st-air.com. (http://www.1st-air.com.)

Anybody used these and managed to get a reasonable F or C fare on CX ? Also, how reliable are these places ? Thank you.

As for F class with CX, it is best to get them with www.campbelltravel.bc.ca (http://www.campbelltravel.bc.ca) in Vancouver. (for fares ex-YVR anyways).

As for www.1st-air.net, (http://www.1st-air.net,) sometimes they seem to offer legitimate discounted F ex-USA, while other times they try to take advantage of the lower ex-Canada published fares (this only benefits ex-USA travellers) and route you through YYZ or YVR.

Actually any asian travel agent with CX ticketing agreements can get special J and F discounted fares ex Canada.

Only F in my experience though (up to about 20% off).

All they could do is give me about $100 off the published fare for J.

I second that. But some agents are willing to cut their own commission and offer you better price.
