Cathay Pacific Asia Miles - Online on-time departure data

I don't know how long it is there but I just noticed today it's available on the upper right side of my MPC page, after logging in.

It says

Since 28 July, although they're a bit erratic in updating it.

Also this plunge to 68.4% is worth noting as the previous three days the average was hovering about the 90% region.

Not really, It's due to typhoon Morakot causing problems in the region.
