Cathay Pacific Asia Miles - Expiring Asia Miles

Have 15,000 asia miles expiring in June 2003
and really dont want to pay to do anything with them. Since am In USA now any secrets to keeping them? Donating them?
Any tips appreciated

Why not use them? 15,000 miles gets you:

- Roundtrip in economy class on AA up to 600 miles (each way), or
- One-way in economy on AA 600-1,200 miles
