Interesting incident today on CX 417 ICN-HKG. Upon arrival, they asked everybody from certain rows on the plane to remain on the plane, while allowing everybody else to disembark. The stewardess who made the announcement (in English, Korean, and Chinese) was on the verge of tears toward the end. Any insights from the seasoned crowd?
Interestingly, I happened to be sitting in one of said rows originally, but the plane was maybe 20% full, so I moved to the back of the plane to stretch out and take a nap. Good move, otherwise I would have been trapped with the crowd.
