Cathay Pacific Asia Miles - Reservations not showing up on the CX site?

Has anyone experienced this problem?
I have never had it but five of my 10 active reservations are not showing on the CX site....
CX web specialists told me they would fix it soon but it's been nearly a day since I reported it.

No.
All my reservations. Paid or awards are showing up on the Personal Itineraries.
You have to make sure that your Asiamiles/MPC number is on the file though.

My MPC/AsiaMiles is definitely in all those reservations. It's not that they are gone. MPC/CX agents can see them if I give them the flight numbers and the date.

THe last two times when I made a reservation on the cx website, they didn't show under my "Personal Itineraries", only under the menu item "Retrieve your booking".
BOth times I wrote them about it, both times their answered came within 24 hours but clearly showed that they had no clue what I was talking about or didn't know why it was happening. Personal Itineraries is a MPC feature, Retrieve your booking is the normal reservation department, and obviously they are not talking to each other.
I have come to believe that CX has SERIOUS problems with their IT. I have observed some weird glitches that shouldn't happen on a professionally maintained - and properly integrated - system.

Oh, Chiangi, I forgot to say that one of my reservations for June is also missing from both 'Retrieve your booking' and "Personal Itineraries". CX wrote me back that they have fixed the problem and that they can 'see my reservation now'. I am glad they do, because I still don't. http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/smile.gif
