Cathay Pacific Asia Miles - How to order a wheelchair for arriving pax?

My grandmother will be arriving in HKG from MEL on a CX flight. Who should I contact to arrange a wheelchair for her when she deplanes? Does it have to be done in advance or is it ok to do it at check-in in MEL?

You call CX. They will ask you if she is totally incapable of walking, or if she can walk a bit but can't go up stairs, or if she is elderly etc.

Then they will arrange for whichever wheelchair assistance she requires.

Thanks Guy Betsy, She is 88 years old and can walk a bit. She'll be arriving on CX-114 and needs to get to either Pier or Wing since she has a connecting flight to catch.
