Cathay Pacific Asia Miles - Miles eligibility for BA flight?

Hi, I wonder if anybody out there knows this. A friend of mine flew BA K class Dulles to LHR, and she's an Asiamiles member. The asiamiles desk says she's not eligible for miles, but they've made mistakes before, so I'm wondering if anybody knows if K is eligible for asiamiles if flown on BA metal.

then yes K class on BA is eleigible for AsiaMiles (unless there is an endorsement on the ticket itself which says otherwise).
