I'm looking to rent a 2 BR apartment in HKG for 4 nights around the Holidays. Any suggestions? All I can find on the Internet are monthly rentals.

I think Pacific Place might allow shorter stays than one month. Try contacting them.
Harbour Plaza does, but they do not have 2 bedroom apartments and they are a bit out of central HK, being at North Point. But their junior suite is actually two adjoining hotel rooms complete with 2 bathrooms. One room is the bedroom the other is a living room with a sofa-bed.
