I will be flying over to Asia about 20 times during the next year (all on CX) and all flights will require a transit in HKG. My main concern is lack of physical activity on these long haul flights. The last time in transit (I had 2 hours) I put my carry-on on a cart and power walked around the entire airport 1 1/2 times. I am wondering if there is anyplace that offers a gym or exercise room? I am not aware of anything in the wing but I suppose I could do push ups and situps in one of the day break rooms but that would not be my first choice.

I almost forgot--when I sometimes transit via YVR on the 2:55am deparutre and end up with at least 3 hours to kill at the airport. Any ideas for YVR?

Thank you in advance for any help in this matter.

The Regal Airport Hotel has a gym, sauna, steam room, and swimming pools. Maybe you can buy a day pass.
