Cathay Pacific Asia Miles - "Personal Itineraries"
anyone noticed the new "Personal Itineraries" link on the MPO page right after you log in ?? it's on the right, just above the whole list of "Interactive Services"...
i don't have any reservations with CX at the moment...can anyone try and let us know if this link is supposed to show all the bookings one has with CX, either made online and offline ? if so it sounds pretty cool...

Holy this is COOL.
You can also check the reservations made offline. I currently have 2 seperate reservations under 2 files, but they managed to pull out both files.
Details include usual flight time and bla bla bla, and they also show your reserved seat, and they even shows how much miles you will earn, and also shows the aircraft type. (They even specify whether it is 74J or 74B for 744 aircraft!)
Also, you can click on the links to check in for your next flight directly, pretty convenient.
Conclusion? I love this function. It's a good way to reconfirm your booking without having to callup the CX. Unfortunately, they don't allow you to change seat online, which will be a good addition to this function! (Because I like to change my mind often...)

i agree, their immediate next step should be the seat selection/change function
Great! I love this function. You can view all your itineraries.
Good job CX.

Just wrote an email to their e-services desk to compliment on this improvement, and also made a suggestion to add the "change seat" or "change reservation" function in the near future.
Got a reply from them, and they said they will "look into it". Let's see if there's going to be any changes! http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/smile.gif
PS. took them 15 minutes to reply to my email... pretty impressive!

Can you also check tickets booked on milage awards with this function?

My findings: This can pull up even an award reservation booked by American Arilines. (But to get this done, you have to ask CX to enter your Marco Polo Club/AsiaMiles number, I think.)
I have one upgrade request and is supposed to be confirmed but this is not showing. I just assume that the MPC agent forgot to enter the number.
This is like UA's My Itineraries.
fakecd, I agree their e-service staff replies quite fast. The only comparable efficient service is LH's Japan office. They respond as fast as CX's e-service (not MPC).
