Rows 66-68 appear to have seats A&C, H&K next to each other but separated by an empty space. I was wondering if anyone has seen these seats and knows the layout.

While the seats are right next to each other the window seat has a nice space between the window and the seat, perfect for crossing your legs or storing your extra carry-on. fakecd Dec 12, 01, 7:43 pm I just arrived HK from Vancouver and I was sitting on 67K. It's just perfect. The Window seat will give you plenty of space for carryon or space for you to extend. I would say row 67 is better than 66, because you only have 2 seats in front, whereas if you are sitting on row 66, then you have 3 seats, so you feel more squished. Row 68 doesn't provide enough legroom on the side, so in concluseion, 67A or K would be my favorite. headinclouds Dec 16, 01, 5:44 pm I booked the JFK-HKG route with the special CX fare of $500. I also reserved the seats 67A/K. What about the exit row seats, 44 on the 747? CX told me that those are assigned at check-in. Is it worth trying to get an exit row seat. fakecd Dec 16, 01, 7:32 pm If your primary concern is leg space, asile seats on the exit rows will be worth a try, but personally I don't find it comfortable. Whatever you do, don't be seated on Window seat of the exit row, as the storage of excape slide is blocking your legspace. Stick with 67. You will get your meal service first, and it's closeby to the washroom. I find it great so far. |
