Cathay Pacific Asia Miles - Advice on tickets

Can anyone help me on this:

I'm looking for the lowest priced tickets from Hong Kong to Sydney and from Bankok to LA, do you have any recommendations for this.

The reason I ask is I may be paying for the travel of 5 family members and as you can imagine this can be quite costly.

Check the Cathay Pacific website for specials. Otherwise, you'd have to get a local travel agent in each city to give you fare quotes.

Yeah, online sometime offers attractive deals, but during the low season. I just checked online, and it says HK$5430 for HKG-SYD if you complete your journey before Dec. 14th. However, if you plan to fly to Australia during Xmas, you've got tough luck. (Actually, about a month ago, same routing had offer of HK$4880... I don't know why the price increased)

I have no clue about your other route, but checking with local agent is helpful. If you don't reside in HK, I can give you a reference for the agent I use in HK.
