Can someone tell me a good place to have my AONE reticketed in Central London?

Probably not what you're looking for, but I've found the AA reticket desk at Heathrow to be the best in the system - they correct a lot of things other people get wrong. Plus, separate line for up to 4 agents so you usually don't wait very long. Planning on reticketing my AONE5 through them in a couple days.

And they don't charge that £25 admin fee that BA does.

Can I use AA to reticket even though I used BA for original tickets?

Now whether they want to do all that work is another matter (though AA tends to be very reasonable). It helps if the airline you are using for reticketing has some significant revenue from your OWE ticket (this means either the trans-Atlantic or trans-Pacific leg).

Just a further plug for the guys (actually four gals including supervisor, one guy who was the first to say hello to me so he got stuck doing the reissue) at AA LHR. Ended up figuring out a way to do an involuntary reroute for the first 4 segments so as to not have to handwrite the ticket out. Also even printed out the individual tariffs on request - which given they were circled in Chile probably saved me some bucks. Great people - give em a try if you can.

Where is the ticket desk? Is it just the normal AA desk in T3?

Yeah, its the normal "Purchase Tickets" desk in the AA section of T3 - all the way in back of the "old" AA section (AA gave up some ticket counters to Saudi Air, I think, so not solid AA anymore.)
