How many *A lounges are there in T-2? Which is the best? And which ones have showers?

I know that there is LH lounge but have been advised on LH forum that it has no showers.

The only *G lounge in T2 is the LH lounge, there are no showers and often the toilets are dirty too.Don't whatever you do get excited about visiting it, it must be one of the dirtiest lounges that LH operate and is long overdue for a good refurbishment. It is too small for the numbers of *G passengers who use it and the limited selection of food has been cut back even more, when I was there 10 days ago there were not even peanuts, I know times are hard but surely they can still afford peanuts for their 'distinguished customers' (quote from SEN card).
