Did a X-mas trip to help Santa delivery presents. The ground crews at LAX and ICN were sufficient. Here's a tip: do not line up to run your bags through the X-Ray machine before you get to the ticket counter. The counter personnel will do that for you. LAX definitely need a premium pax line at security. I felt like I was at Disney Land waiting for a ride.
The seat in their Premium First planes is average. The controls for the audio/video and call button is right by my elbow and subsequently I summoned the FA by mistake several times. The foot rest is invisible unless you extend the bottom part to near flat and then have to manually unfold it. I did not have any problem with the ventilation or air quality or flying nose objects.
The inflight entertainment needs some help. The head phone is worst than the one that came with my computer five years ago. The movie selection was OK, although I wish there was more movies. I watched all the movies they have and still have time to kill.
I am also a Delta Platinum (a.k.a. Skyteam Elite Plus) and it shows. I was the only one tended to by the head purser several times, both ways. In flight service was very cordial and prompt, and the FA spoke better English than I thought except for the letter R.
Despite what KAL website said, there is no caviar served since about a year ago.
Ok here are the pics:
