Trip Reports - Any New Year's Eve trip reports? (En route at midnight)

I'd love to hear how New Year's was celebrated en route... anyone in the air? What did the crews do to celebrate? what did the passengers do?

I don't even know where to begin with this one..

Family emergency, I had to get home. Air france delays caused me to miss not one, but two flights to London, which in turn cost me the last flight of the night to the states. They were "kind" enough to put me in a crappy airport hotel. Got there at 11:50 PM Paris time. Happy f-ing new year.

Only good thing is I got to take the concorde home today.

After I cool off and deal with the family stuff I should have a nice scathing trip report ready.

Edited to add: I forgot to mention, Air France lost my luggage as well. Three promises, 1) It would make it to Paris (nope) 2) It would make it to London (nope) and 3) I would have it tonight because I'm leaving again in the morning. The flight they told me it was on landed 2 hours ago at JFK and I still have no word, and nobody is answering the phones over there.
