You can try putting various three letter codes in the corporate rate box on the online reservation service. I've heard that it is easy to have success (depending on loacation) with simple codes like DIS (for Disney), AMX (for American Express), NYT (for New York Times), CBS, ABC, TNT, ABA, AMA, etc. I've also heard that no desk clerk ever asks for proof of your corporate affiliation - and most of these rates are valid for company employees, visitors (people who read the New York Times?), etc.
