Why did I get an Upgrade on that flight from London to Tokyo with JAL?
The reason I ask a good friend of mine, who has serious lower back problem is flying to the UK from Australia, and would really be better in a J class seat. I guess its the million dollar question how can he get and upgrade if he travelling on Y class ticket, without using points or money?
