:MAD: Last week end 2/18 - 2/21 I was at the Best Western, Heratage Inn - Rt 66 in Rancho Cucamonga, California for a family reunion and the marrage of my baby sister and had the worst time ever checking into a hotel. They lost our reservation and we had to request a crib for our little girl who is not quite 2 years old yet. It took 5 calls and a trip to the front desk to finaly get the crib at 11:30pm after we set up a make-shift bed for her in the bath tub. There was about 100 high school kids from various werstling teams very loud all night. Other family members had problems getting towels, wake-up calls etc. I informed the family that from now on when the family wants to get together I will block the rooms at a Starwood property.
