The people at MSP are WONDERFUL. Everytime I make a reservation they always put the upgrade requests in automatically and know the seats I like. I got to the airport and went to the Premier/FC line. There was no one there so I got my boarding pass and went to the red carpet club. The flight started to board about 35 minutes prior to departure. I boarded the 757 with old seats and took my seat 2A. We took of 10 mins early and landed about 25 mins early. We had pre-take off drinks and drinks through out the flight.
I had 3 hours in Chicago (which I requested) so I could take care of some business. My flight to FRA left at 2:45 so at 2:00 I went to the gate C18 (my favorite because of two doors) and the gate agent that was there has worked EVERY international flight out of ORD that I have been on so she reconized me and made sure she got to help me. She said So were are you going now and she realized that was a stupid question and said let me see your boarding pass. She typed and handed back to me and said she was going to Upgrade to first but that the had a list of 19 employees that were there. Darn. I boarded and took my seat in 14H to find out that I had a seat mate with a business class section of 13 people. I moved to row 12 and had the whole row to my self. I had a two champagnes and we ended up taking of 20 minutes early. (Talk about being on time) The menu was

I had the pasta and then I kept looking at the menu and the purser said isn't there anything that excites you on the menu and I said not really. She said they had duck and pasta also. I said pasta would be great and when they delivered my meal it was all first class dishes so I got a f/c meal. The crew on this flight was wonderful, they kept coming and bringing me food. I had 3 cheescakes and a sundae. The first thing I did was go workout at the hotel. We were 10 mins late into fra and went to gate b44. I went through customs and my bag was waited at baggage. It was a WONDERFUL flight.
I went to the Hilton Frankfurt up to the Executive Lounge to check in at 7:30am. They said I had no informed them that I would be early and I insured them that I had and that if they didn't have a room I would go somewhere else since I wanted to work out and take a little nap. He said they had a regular room, but that I would not be able to use the Exec Lounge (I enjoy the breakfast, drinks and liquor, and the dinner snacks. I said if I wanted a regular room I would have booked a regular room and that I would go to the Arabella Sheraton Grand. He said one minute and before I knew it I had a suite for the weekend.
