I stayed here for 5 nights recently. It is a little closer to DFW than Downtown Dallas which is convenient. The checkin was quick and staff very helpful. I had a Club room on the 9th floor although I think all suites are the same size anyway. The Club Lounge on the 11th floor was a little small but the Continental Breakfast adequate.
When I arrived in my room, I noted that the locking bolt inoperative. This was attended to quickly although it took several hours for the machanic to do so.
There is only restaurant and it is on the ground floor. We ate there on three evenings and found the food eatable , mainly mextex in nature but with little choice .
There was little custom that I saw but maybe we ate early. The wine list was almost non existent and whatever we asked for on their limited list, they were out of anyway.
If you don't like their food, there are plenty of eateries in nearby hotels.
The suites were excellent with a good size bathroom and 2 television sets. I was there for a big football game with many college kids as guests and found the sounproofing effective.
Checkout was quick although the Bellman looked disappointed that his previous night's colleague had already arranged a taxi and no doubt earned a kickback. In any case , the booked cab was there and got us to DFW in no time.
